Free Sharab (Alcohol) outside the Gurudwara (Sikh Shrine)

Sharab (Alcohol) is freely distributed just like Chabeel, outside Baba Kahandas Gurudwara in Jalandhar, Punjab. People there believe that by distributing free wine they will get good jobs in abroad. It is disheartening to see the Sharab being freely distributed outside the Gurudwara when there is no place of Sharab in Sikhism and it is strictly prohibited.

When will people wake up? When will we follow the teachings of our Guru? What is SGPC doing?
